Elisabeth Marie atau Elise (28 tahun) adalah wanita tomboy yang mandiri dan pekerja keras di sebuah perusahaan terkenal. Ia selalu berpikir bahwa pernikahan harus didasarkan pada cinta, bukan karena perjodohan orang tua. Jadi, ketika kedua orang tuanya menjodohkannya dengan Lorenzo Gerry (Gerry), seorang pengusaha terkenal berusia 34 tahun, Elise langsung menolak mentah-mentah. At the office, Elise is a respected professional. At home, she faces a husband who constantly critiques her lifestyle. Gerry, on the other hand, tries hard to maintain his image as a successful entrepreneur but his outspoken, carefree wife constantly throws him off balance.

Despite all the arguments and ridiculous situations, they slowly begin to see the good in each other.
